Ordeed the four taco plate, got cabeza, tripas and lengua also ordered two asada all tacos fire. My father in law loves cabeza and my mother in law lengua. They said wow this came from a taco truck, taste so fresh! This is our new go to spot for tacos on the fly!

I really wanted to enjoy this meal, but unfortunately, it just wasn’t the best experience for me. The asada fries were dry but very oily at the same time and had very little cheese and crema, which made them feel pretty plain. The tacos were also extremely oily, and the oil seemed to overpower the flavor. I also purchased a mulita and the tortilla was cold.
Overall, I found everything to be pretty bland, including the sauces, which I was hoping would add a little more flavor. I definitely appreciate the time and effort that goes into preparing the food, and I don’t like leaving negative reviews, but I also want to be honest about my experience. Hopefully this was just an off day, but unfortunately, I wasn’t impressed with the food.
