cold foam was stuck to the paper they put ontop. Asked for sprinkles and received none. Coffee didn't taste like much flavoring wise. The large was small. Adding a charge for light ice is actually ridiculous. This was supposed to be a treat for me today and it was disappointing. I wish I just went to Dunkin.

They leave the cup wide open where your drink with nothing to cover it. They live unsecured. You have no clue if someone tampered with it. Banana Bread Latte 🍌🍞☕️
