Company repeatedly ignores safety issues and sends out smoothies without packaging them in a sealed bag. I've given them chance after chance because the smoothies are great and I have spoken with the manager and they correct themselves for awhile and then go right back to sending things without a sealed bag.

I order this mostly all the time, this is the second time I ordered and there is barely açaí, I added extra fruits and not provided but being charged. Unacceptable. I know how the bowls should be and the quality and I'm not getting it

I always order the Nutella bowl and I pay extra for additional Nutella because there is barely any Nutella. Again I paid extra and barely any Nutella. If it's a Nutella bowl, there should be plenty of it.

I literally PAYED for extra Nutella & I get a light drizzle. This is not the first time it happens & it's honestly annoying because I'm paying extra to get more of something. It's not about the money it's about my bowl becasue I'm the one eating.
