• 11/16/23Packaging for the larger sandwiches could use significant improvement. Jalapeno Melt was soggy and falling apart. Hard to justify $16.45 for something that looks like it was first dropped before being wrapped up.

• 11/3/23$18 for a breakfast bagel that was rock hard, smothered with way too much cream cheese and fell apart. Over pricing aside, It was disgusting.

• 10/2/23Our order arrived still warm from the oven! The flavours we picked weren't entirely in stock so the store called right away to help pick others to fulfill our order. They sounded so nervous that we would be angry - I wish more people were patient & kind to retail & food service staff!! the staff & our dasher were all quick & very helpful.
