I have always like Villa Del Rey, but my meal tonight (carne Carne Asada, which I order all the time) had a very small piece of steak. This was over $30 for a DoorDash meal and the centerpiece of the meal was barely there. I'm not making this comment public because I usually like Villa Del Rey a lot. I can't pay this price again for such a small portion of steak.

the best chicken flautas I've ever had. They need to package them not on top of beans because they get soggy. They were super flavorful with plenty of cheese on top. tamales were delicious and authentic.

Love this Gem of a restaurant! I ordered lunch Fajitas, and they gave me extra tortillas, and my better half LOVED the Birria Tacos. So Tasty...!!!!!!

The Birria Tacos were bland. Heavy portion of meat but not the best tasting/well seasoned. The consume wasn't tasty. It wasn worth the price. Everyone shouldn't jump on the birria bandwagon. The shrimp quesadilla was good and the chori-queso needed more cheese and salt.

Ordered cheese dip for 5.99 and got this tiny cup and it had a hole in it. The size is ridiculous and is very misleading from the pics.
