Missing snack Ranch Sauce (each). Missing 3 extra Ranch sauce cups in this particular order. Normally dipping cups are included. First time some of the Potato Salad Small diced potatoes mixed in salad is not cooked to done. Could not chew some of the potatoes in the salad. Potato salad flavor is delicious. BBQ sandwich delicious. Be careful of the foil paper wrapper falling apart into your bbq. Chicken Tender Snack is delicious. I will continue to order the Tender Snack often. Good as leftovers as well. Reheats perfectly and tender in the Dutch Oven on top of stove burner in less than two minutes on both sides.

Although my food WAS NOT GOOD, the service rendered by both the manager of harts at this location and my dasher were EXCELLENT! My tater tots were crumbly and fried in old grease. (the tots are Hart's signature, along with the coleslaw) Doordash app equally contributed to this poor but great experience, as spicy and white meat are not options to choose from.
So s/o to my door dasher, Cleveland & the manager/ and or employees that went above and beyond to accomplish my order. I really wanted to purchase white meat, but it was not an option. Nevertheless, I msg'd my dasher and she informed the employee/s/ and or mgr of my request, and they worked together to give me white meat.
Now, the chicken was not spicy nor was it fresh. The chicken was very loose and warm in temp . Very disappointing food wise, but EXCELLENT Customer service.

The livers were great, the chicken was good but the order was incomplete
The dinner rolls were missing and when I pay $75 for some chicken , delivered or not, I expect the order to be complete.
