the portion size is good, but the pizza all came undercooked and the ranch cup is tiny.

Pizza is great, competence of employees knowing cup sizes is subpar at best. Beware the advertised 20 Oz. Fountain Drink is in a 12 oz cup, added ice 8 oz of actual liquid .
