This was the most well thought out, beautifully presented, delicious meal I've had in ages. The pork shoulder was savoury & tender, the toppings and salsas were plentiful & full of flavour & textures. Carlota de limon was perfect to cool the tongue after the salsas...creamy, tart, sweet. *chefs kiss*

good overall, although somewhat light on the sauces for 1/2 lb - I can't imagine they give less for the 1/4 lb, as there was only one really small container of each sauce. Lots of onion and beans and tortillas. There was also a fair number of fat-only pieces in the meat 1/2 lb CAMPECHANO .

Chancho has the best carnitas in Vancouver hands down. But is much more than that - having a place that make 2 lb TORTILLAS from scratch and you're able to buy them - priceless! Best tortillas in Vancouver!
Let's talk about the 8oz Beans - delicious! I alway order extra and I wish they sell larger sizes cause they are soooo good!
Great salsas too, the habanero is so good! So yeah, tried their food, you won't be disappointed!

We ordered 2 of the 1/2 lb campechano, and they sent us only 1/4 lb each. The amount of meat it wasn't the complete order. Then, we call to the store and they told us to order "churros" and they could sent the other 1/2 lb of meat with that order, and when the delivery came they didn't sent the churros and sent only the meat with tortillas.
