The Burrito Bowl was very disappointing. Part of the rice was under cooked and part overcooked. Had a crazy combination, still trying to figure it out. This is the 3rd time there was a problem. I love the store but do think it's time to try a new establishment

Ordered chipotle for my wife and I and both our orders had nothing but rice and 5-6 pieces of chicken/steak in it. Rice was hard and undercooked. Basically a rice bowl and a rice burrito. Horrible.

Only a few pieces of chicken and those pieces were burnt and chewy. The bowl was mainly rice and little toppings. Won't be ordering again.

Para empezar pedimos con sour cream y guacamole y no vino con ninguno de los dos. El bowl estaba casi vacío cuando hay veces que voy a la tienda y me dan una porción más grande. El sabor no me gustó para nada y tiene más arroz que todas las demás cosas juntas. Podían haberle puesto más lechuga.

I've been getting the Burrito Bowl at this location for a while now. Ordered it today and I was extremely disappointed. The rice was hard, the food was cold, there was barely any chicken and the little bit I did get was flavorless. Extremely dissatisfied.
