The fries tasted old like they were made in old grease, the burger was dry i asked for everything in it but tomato and onions. The burger only had cheese and lettuce and barely any lettuce. the 3 PC Chicken Fingers were hard and taste like they were made in old grease as well.

Burger was alright, but the cheese fries were pretty disappointing (its just a sleeve of fries with a side cup of cheese, not actually cheesy fries, the fries themselves are also just really thin and stringy). They also forgot my drink and I had to go back in to grab it and wound up standing there another 5 min or so waiting

I was really disappointed with the food. I'm not super hard to please, I can deal with the cold fries and onion rings; it's not hard to throw them in my air fryer real fast. But the burger was so soggy and the noodles in the Chili Mac were the most overcooked pasta I've ever put in my mouth, not even kidding. They basically were mush and didn't have to be chewed. It was so disgusting. Such a waste of money.

single garlic burger (which I've had before) came and the bread was hard as a brick. I had to remove the bun to eat it. my daughter ordered the three piece tenders and also said they were very hard and she was unable to eat it. we've ordered before here and never had any issues but this time it was really disappointing.

I ordered Western BBQ burger meal. No seasoning nor flavor of any kind. Onion rings very greasy and flavor is not good.
