Was very excited to see Masala was finally on Doordash. I've been meaning to visit in person, but haven't ever gotten around to it. Slightly disappointed by the results. Butter chicken probably could have done with a bit more sauce. Once it's combined with the rice, it all has a dry mouth feel. The chicken to rice ratio was also way off (I ordered basmati), which is why I think it all had a dry taste -- too much rice. Taste was standard for butter chicken. Mint chutney was great flavor-wise. Garlic naan was good as well, as the garlic was not overwhelming. I might give this place another go trying an actually authentic dish and see if they can pull it off better. If you're craving Indian, this is basically the only place to go in Missoula besides a food truck or the one in a gas station. For Indian food in Montana, it was okay, but it was comparable to a microwaveable butter chicken to me.

Spicy coconut pork delicious and not too spicy for me (I can handle a 3-4). Well packaged and delicious!
