1000/10!! Best in the Hattiesburg area for sure. FYI- Don't be silly and think the 2 lobster platter is 2 whole lobsters. It is in fact, 2 lobster TAILS..

Pasta is good just wish it was angel hair or fettuccine... red beans are ok just need more beans I had more rice than beans. Alfredo Pasta had a weird odor but it doesn't taste like how it smells....Overall 7/10

This one is hard to judge, because most of the food was pretty good, and pretty fresh, but the main event (the fish filets) were the leftovers from the earlier dinner rush. I had reservations about ordering a pickup order so close to close, for this very reason, but that's what my overnight guests decided on.
Or family will stick to dining-in at Newts, I suppose, because these filets had been sand bagged under a lamp a LONG time before being plated up. I can certainly give grace for the time it took to transport, but this isn't that! Hard and dry--like so hard and dry the to-go plate didn't even make the fried outside even a tiny bit soggy--because it was so cold and old.
Please have your management more closely monitor the folks who plate up these to-go orders, or don't allow ordering that late, because my money is just as good as the money others spent during peak cooking times and I shouldn't have to get the leftovers of over-prepped backstock.
Pretty disappointing because this spot has consistently been good.

Tried Newts for first time. Both the Combo Platterr and the 3 Piece Catfish Filet were very good. The cheese cake was excellent.
