Asked for the meat well done, it was not well done. It was very chewy/gummy. SEEMS as if they put older meat on the bottom and fresh meat on top. Does not taste the same as it used to, the flavour isn't that great anymore. It also doesn't come with glass noodles anymore. This whole meal was a disappointment which is sad because I've been looking forward to it for a while. However, it does come with a good amount of meat for the price.

The rolls were good, and so was the tempura, all items I've had from here before. Unfortunately, the squid was really rubbery and doesn't seem to be grilled by looks and by taste. It’s actually pretty bad.

I found whole fish scales in the 71. Maki Combo D (Spicy Combo) tray salmon and tuna sushi. Also the sushi pieces had sections of rice missing so it seems like it wasn't rolled properly.
The taste and quality of the food I got today was sub par compared to my prior experiences at NiJi sushi. I am dissapointed with today's order and hope it was just a one off bad experience.
