Usually love the food, but this time everything was overcooked and dried out. It was like it had set out under the heat lamp all day. The biscuits were burnt, and the FRENCH FRIES were hard as nails.

Brown bag on top of whit bag with brown bag ripped open and leaking. White bag not sealed with sauce all in bag. Only 5 wings and supposed to be 6. Sauce everywhere!

Both side salads came with NO dressing. Who does that? Chicken was barely cooked. Almost white and not golden brown. Sauce was best part.Fries were soggy and had no flavor.

I've ordered from this location twice and bith times have had items missing from my order. This time I was missing an item, and the tenders I ordered were super dry like they had been in a hot box for an extended period of time. It's a shame because most of the food is good, but they just can't seem to get it together...
