Captain's platter was good however I really did not see any shrimp. The fried clams were a very generous portion. Hunka Bunka Sundae was very melted, apparently it was made & not kept in freezer. The Dasher was there in plenty of time & had to wait for order, so it wasn't his fault. It's in my freezer now to refreeze.

Have ordered from here various times, and sadly on many occasions we get subpar service. Either orders that never get fulfilled, or with this most recent, an order in which the amount of item given is not satisfactory. The CYO Sundae, Large has the amount of ice cream you would expect in a size smaller, and the same can be said for the Hunka Chunka PB Fudge® Sundae, Medium. I'm not sure if it's specific employees, or just how the store in general operates when it comes to DoorDash orders, because it's quite hit or miss whenever you order.

I was very disappointed today . I ordered a hot fudge sundae with sprinkles. There was maybe a teaspoon of hot fudge,no whipped cream or cherry on top. So basically I had ice cream with sprinkles! Carvel it is

Where to begin? Munchie Mania™was sitting in a pile of sour cream. The sliders were dry and hockey puck like. The Crispy Orange Chicken Salad was good. The Kid's Cone Head was made with vanilla icecream instead of pistachio and instead of reeses pieces it was made with m&m's and just two. The Angus Beef & Barley - Bowl was conspicuous by its absence. This whole thing was an unmitigated disaster.
