I like somewhat spicy foods but I ordered just plan hot and it was the hottest thing I've ever tasted I don't know if they mixed up there hottest sauce or if that's just there hot and if it is look out of the other two spice levels. I couldn't even eat it it was so spicy at just the hot level

I ordered a hot and extra hot for myself and a mild for my elderly mother, they messed up the order and put my extra hot tender in my mom's meal causing her to burn her mouth on it, this should be a basic expectation when you run a restaurant like this that it doesn't happen. I enjoyed the food but more care needs to be put in to putting the right heat in the right box.
