Second time same day/time chicken fresh juicy and not greasy!

I ate here three days in a row for my lunch break. the first two were excellent. I pick it up after 4:30 pm. but this one was disgusting! the chicken was not fresh, and with no seasoning and breading on the livers. customer service at this location is good, well, a lot better than the other locations, and I have been to them all.

after delivering for the first time recently, I noticed how often I was going here for orders. then I ran into a guy I hadn't seen in 4 years who was still getting his Friday night faithful meal here. so I had to try it. totally get it, loved the food. the Chicken & BBQ was like what Cookout wants the BBQ platter to be but FeathernFin has perfected it

The Boneless Breast Sandwich saddest chicken sandwich I have ever tasted. Does not compare with any other chicken sandwich from other restaurants. The food is heavily overpriced by how mediocre it is. You could literally go to chickfila or popeyes and get a superior sandwich for the same price. Fries were soggy although that was preventable by how you keep the condensation from watering them down.
I have no idea why anyone eats here.

My bun was old and hard and those fries looked like they were scraped from the bottom of the barrel and they were drenched in salt .
