• 4/15/23This is the second time we have ordered these and they have been fantastic both times. Not soggy but nice batter with great tasting seasoning & crisp. The homemade ranch dressing is a perfect compliment. These are good day 2 as well when I heated them up in my air fryer. Delicious!!!

• 3/24/26The Philly Cheesesteak was actually decent...or would have been...if it wasn't soggy. I think the food is great for the money spent, but I'd pay a bit more for decent packaging. Food is delivered in thick styrofoam packaging that holds I heat AND steam...which in turn turns fries and bread soggy. Other establishments have figured this out, but this one hasn't.

• 3/22/24The service was horrible, the hamburger was dry, the philly cheese steak sandwiches were not toasted and were smaller than usual, the meat was gritty, the French fries were soggy. I'll think twice about ordering from here again.

• 11/26/25The Giant Pub Pretzel had no salt and they didn't give me the mustard that was supposed to go with it. The Shrimp N Grits were spicy and lacked flavor, just cheese, literally spicy cheese, like movie theater nacho cheese. Ew. I am so disappointed.
