Pizza was cold. They also charged $5.62 for a side of ranch after my order was delivered. I've had this pizza before and it's been delicious just not this time.

I'm dairy intolerant. I have tried many different things to communicate with Rip Fire. I ordered pizza w/out checking the cheese box and ordered with feta checked. I never checked the mozzarella box but BOTH times I received pizzas with thick mozzarella cheese I had to pick out. I didn't complain the first time but I'm complaining now. The pizza is great in person but you take a chance online.
