Bun Bo Hue broth was very rich and comforting, albeit a little oily. The mineral-y taste of the pork blood sets it apart from others I've tried. It comes with chili oil so you can choose how spicy you want it! The spring rolls were the best I've had in the area!!! Everything was packaged SUPER well, individual wraps for the spring rolls, broth seperate from the toppings (which were in a bowl! YES!!) Definitely could be split between two meals. Beef was standout, super soft and tender. (Get a side of hoisin for dipping obvi). Looking forward to ordering again! :)
