I ordered 3 of the beef rib pho. The first container of ribs are fine. There were 3 full ribs, but the next containers were just rib cutlets, not full ribs but smaller cuts. The 3rd container even only have 2 1/2 ribs. All were paid with the asking price of 24.00 + tax. I hope they wouldn't cheat regular customers like that. Flavor is okay, but disappointed that they cut down on their meat, even it they were properly paid.

Portions are so small for the price you pay. The spring rolls only come with 2 despite what's shown on the picture. They didn't even include any sauces or side vegetables (bean sprouts, basil, etc). You have to order all those sides as extra, which is a $1 a side! The broth itself is really good, and the fresh noodles are a nice touch, but really disappointed with everything else. Maybe it's worth dining in and not ordering delivery.

The broth had very little flavor and it was given to me at room temperature, not hot. I had to take it back to get it fresh and hot. I will not be back.

We love coming to this place in person but takeout today was unfortunately very difficult. I specifically ordered their ginger pho for the freshly shredded ginger pieces and there were none. Only scallions and cilantro. No hoisin or sriracha sauce condiments. I don't know if management changed but all the dishes we ordered tasted different. Also the order was 40 min late so unfortunately the dasher had to wait there for a while.
