The grilled gourmet Grilled Gourmet™ USDA-Choice Steak Two Taco Plate was peak. I had it with keto style cheese shells instead and they were so good. Wish they gave me more Mexican Street Corn - Large Mexican Street Corn - Large Side , they only filled the cup halfway. It's good though. Sides are rather small when they put them to go but it's okay

tacos were pretty good flavor as well as the rice and beans. my only issue is the value is not there. the rice and beans came in these very small containers just bigger than what you would use for salsa and they only put a small piece of avocado on one taco as you see in the photo. Basically payed $28+ for 6 street tacos. the packaging was very nice though maybe if they use a cheaper packing they can afford to give you more rice, beans and avocado. overall disappointed. I may give them another try in the future will see.

Aso, I didn't know you can order extra Wild-Caught Mahi, Pan-seared Shrimp ala carte. Plus there's a long list of free extras; lime, salsas, crema etc. to order from !

This particular Rubio's in Rancho San Diego consistently does an excellent job  the picture depicts the California bowel with my added sauce. I order from another Rubio's in North County and they don't know nearly as good of a job. I guess that is as a result of the breakup of the franchise a couple years ago...

I ordered two sides with my great tasting original fish tacos, but only got the pinto beans. Did not get the Mexican Rice, even though it was listed on the receipt. The guacamole was really fresh. Don't like the cilantro in it, though.
