everything tasted great I was just confused why I got sauteed broccoli but the broccoli came just washed not cooked.

While I love this restaurant, they clearly and consistently put little effort unto their takeout orders. From forgetting items to skimping on others and half-hearted food prep, this experience was particularly bad. The "Caesar Salad was large pieces of wilted lettuce and a cup of dressing. No croutons, no shredded cheese. They skimped more than usual on the Pao de Queijo - Cheese Bread (12 ea.) (there were 8, not 12), and the Mozzarella Caprese had literally one piece of basil. Annoyed I wasted any money on this order. Also waited 15 minutes after my pickup time to even get the food. Hit or miss and this one was a big miss

We normally love Fogo and eat in house regularly. The asparagus was raw and unpalatable, the mashed potatoes were cold, and the meat is so overcooked compared to in house it is unfathomable. We normally love Fogo and the to-go experience but it was not it today. They also forgot my cheesecake and the beans for my feojada beans and rice :(

Worst meal I ever had in 2024, couldve ordered a McChicken from Mcdonalds for $2 and would have been way moresatisfied since it would actually taste like something.

I never write bad reviews because everyone has an off night but both the food and staff were not great. We did pick up for this round and had to wait for 25+ minutes to get the food that was supposed  to be ready when we arrived.  The hostess who was supposed to be getting it disappeared for about 20 min and the manager stood there talking to two girls who seemed to be applying for a job. They then helped another person who arrived after me with their pick up then thought to ask if I was being helped. I told him I thought so but it had been 20 minutes.  10 minutes  later my order came out and when I asked if they included the chimichurri she shrugged and said it should  there.  I got home to find the rare medium rare meat is well done on both meals and the juice from one of the steaks was all over the bag. Disappointing for sure.
