Bonefish Grill Signature Pasta with grilled Atlantic salmon. The grilled salmon was moist and the sauce was flavorful. It was a delicious and filling meal. A good value. I ordered the meal to my semi truck through Doordash. It arrived well packaged and warm. It looked as good as it tasted. I would highly recommend this dish and Bonefish Grill.

Chimichurri Bistro Filet* was absolutely fantastic!! Chefs kiss** I ordered well done and it was still tender and juicy. I wanted to pay for extra chimichurri sauce but it's not an option; however, if you select "sauce on the side" your will get extra sauce on the side because it still came with a good portion of chimichurri sauce on the bistro steak. The freshness of the broccoli was superb and seasoned perfectly, not too much, just enough. I definitely will order again. It's pricey but was purchased with the intent to share with me and husband and we're both full!

Light batter. Cod was flaky and light. Slaw and bread were nice sides.
I worked for King & Prince Seafood at their plant in Brunswick, GA (food service division of Gorton's Seafood) and know good quality fish when prepared properly. I was logistics mgr and sourced raw fish and fulfilled customer orders.

The poke bowl was not good. There wasn't nearly enough rice and there was way too much sauce so all the greens were wilted and soggy, leaving just soggy greens, along with tuna and avocado which just made it all pile of mush lacking any texture. I guess the pickled vegetables in the description referred to the 5 pencil eraser sized cucumber pieces because that's all there was. Honestly really surprised at their ability to ruin such a simple dish.

Blackened Chicken Egg Rolls were good, crispy on the outside, chewy in the inside with loads of comforting texture. the dipping sauces were really the star of the show. the mustard was spicy and decadent. the sweet chili sauce was a perfect contrast of sweet sauce and spicy roll. The Bourbon Brownie was rich and perfect amount of dense with the crunchy, toasted macadamia nuts. My only drawback was the bourbon sauce. The raspberry, melba sauce that was originally served with it served the brownie better. The original sauce gave the dessert more depth with its fruity acidity. The bourbon sauce dumbs it down to just sweet mush.
