Food is excellent. The service is outstanding. I have to make this a regular stop at least once a week for my favorite sub.

The food from Firehouse Subs is alway good. one of the best Italian subs I've had to date.
My only complaint is they never send napkins with my Door Dash orders so I recommend making a note to the driver asking him/her to please request some upon picking up your order.

Food was good. When I asked about my order, it wasn't ready yet. Then I was never notified when it was ready so I sat there for 20min until asking again only to find out it was ready all along. I'd consider ordering again under different staff

I was missing my pickle spear, as well as a bag of chips I ordered. It was on the order ticket. The sandwich and cookie were tasteful, however. TLDR: service was bad, food was good.
