• 5/11/26I really like Arby's Roast Beef & it's a much healthier choice in a fast food sandwich.
However, lately the fries have been way over browned, over cooked and greasy with a small mix of (warm, but still overdone fries) and bits & pieces of partial fries that were previously dropped down into fryer multiple times!
Basically the filler used to add bulk or volume to a serving of French Fries!
Also, the fries had a strong flavor & odor of onion rings! Totally ruined what few fries I salvaged from a large order of fries!
Please change the fryer oil more frequently because this isn't the first time your fries have had a strong flavor & odor of onion rings!
I truly hope you make the necessary changes to your fryers & restore the excellent taste & quality of your deep fryers!

• 5/17/25For the second time, they did not put the BBQ sauce on the Quarter Pound Pulled Pork Sandwich. The description says it's included and they give you an option of two different sauces. Cedric's Sweet BBQ sauce or a spicy one. I've chosen the Cedric's both times I've ordered and have not gotten it either time. They just throw in packets of Arby's sauce and Horsey sauce. If you're going to give me an option, then please give me what I requested. The Pork is very lean, tender and tasty, and theres plenty of it, but would actually like to get the BBQ sauce with it.

• 3/19/26Normally the food is very good, however, this time it wasn't. The Crispy Fish Sandwich was tough. I've never had tough fish before, but this tasted like it had say under a heat lamp for hours. The breading tasted stale and the whole thing was chewy. I never eat the bun, and I had a hard time cutting the fish with a fork and knife. Apparently, the Smokehouse Brisket was fine.

• 7/27/25The Double BBQ Bacon Burger, Mozzarella Sticks (4 ea.) and Potato Cakes (2 ea.) were very good. The Cheesesteak was good, however it was difficult to eat due to it being very messy. The cheese had melted and a lot of it had oozed out of the sandwich. You can see it all over the paper in my picture. It would have been nice if it had t least been cut in half before being wrapped up to make it a bit easier to eat.

• 8/13/25The food was the same as always. Tasty and generous portions. However, I was upset to find that when ordering a Classic French Dip & Swiss, that I had to pay extra in order to get the au jus. That's what the sandwich is dipped in. It's, literally, in the name. It's also included in the description. Not including the au jus is the same as getting a regular roast beef and Swiss.
