I had a very good experience when I arrived to pick up my order. There was bad roads and no one wanted to Dash my food to me, so I decided to pick it up myself. I didn't have to wait very long and they insisted on making my food for me again so that it was hot and fresh! Thank you so much!

Paid $112 total for the order, crab legs were very small, I asked for extra seasoning and barely recieved any. Lobster tail was very small. Added sausages, got 4 or 5 small pieces. Potatoes were decent. And only recieved two pieces of corn. Not worth the money.

Shrimp, crab, and lobster were overcooked. The seafood was rubbery. It's unfortunate since I've eaten at other Red Lobster's and the seafood was cooked to perfection.

Ordered the steak, lobster tail, broccoli and French fries. The steak was almost well done when I ordered rare. There was no broccoli or French fries. Everything was exceptionally bland and for the price, I could've gone to Albertsons and spent $30 and made everything myself. The manager was very understanding and apologetic which was the only positive experience I had with red lobster. Highly recommend not getting food here.
