I absolutely love their fried crab!! I asked them to tape or staple my bag because it was delivered via DoorDash, and they did an excellent job securing my food. The crab was fried extra crispy per my request and I love it!

The Mu Shu was more than half cabbage, and the cabbage was in large pieces that were barely cooked. Underneath the cabbage was a small overcooked amount of the usual mu shi ingredients.
The hot and sour soup had very little flavor beyond sour and was quite thick and cloudy.
My take on this was that someone in the kitchen didn’t feel like cooking fresh portions and used what they had in the bottom of the pot.
I will not order from Happy Garden again.

The egg foo yung was frozen in the middle and tasted chalky at best. The sauce was thin and tasteless. The egg foo yung was simply not edible. The hot and sour soup was edible but so peppery that the sour taste could not come through at all. The white rice was fresh and fluffy, but I’m asking for a refund for the other dishes. Very very disappointing.

Salt & Pepper Shrimp (w/o Shell) were delicious and very well seasoned. Fried Spareribs are basically chopped pork chops and the seasoning/ batter had a very unusual taste

I get these items OFTEN. It's always the best quality and taste. I was surprised and disappointed today to receive spoiled shrimp in my shrimp fried rice. The taste and smell of the shrimp was awful. The salt and pepper fish is delicious as usual. Hopefully, this will never happen again. Because this was my first bad experience and I was refunded for the shrimp fried rice, I will try it again another day
