Ordered the Thanksgiving sandwich with a side of gravy you are supposed to dip it in, which costs extra, and I didn't receive it. The sandwich barely had any cranberry sauce in it too which was also disappointing. I ordered a cookie and didn't get that as well. First time and last time ordering from here!

The subs we received definitely did not compare to what we have come to expect from Firehouse! The veggie was cold, almost zero filling except for cheese and tomato. None of the requested other fillings. Yuck!

Amazing tuna! Like my mom always made with relish! King Hawaiian Sub is a little fatty and hard to eat cause there's so much sauce, but very good.
