I love perkos especially the chile verde skillet. Lots of the time I feel like I don't get enough meat but this time mannnnn. They gave a solid fair amount and I loved it! Just love it here and the food. Also the pancakes were so freaking good.

This was likely the best and HOT meal I have had in awhile from a restaurant.  I had to wait three different attempts to eat it because it was piping hot!  The delivery came fast and the veggies, bread, and mac n cheese were all great!  The chicken fried steak and gravy was beyond words.  Perko's is always a favorite of mine.  Always good.

River City Ribeye - a Ribeye steak that is cooked to perfection and one of my favorites; their handcrafted shakes are thick and delicious from REAL ice cream, and plenty of it.  But the greatest food secret in the San Joaquin Valley is their Fajitas!  Plenty of meat (your choice, or combo) and fresh vegetables, and always enough to take some home or wish you had!  I have been going here since the owner was a young waitress, and the family and other employees all make you feel at home with wonderful, cheerful service.  There are other good spots in this city, but this particular Madera Perko's is my go-to place to eat.

Used to think very highly of this place. But the last 3 times we have ordered, the food has been awful. I ordered a steak and it was pure fat and the meat was raw. 

We often order their breakfast combo and lately its been like a kids meal. Eggs were not cooked properly. Barely any hashbrowns. Toast tasted like mold. And I got 2 burnt pieces of bacon. 

I'm not sure if there is a new chef or whats going on. But its very disappointing to have such low quality food now.
