• 2/4/22Detroit taco company always goes above and beyond to provide great service and delicious food. Their guacamole is my absolute favorite, hands-down. In addition to being great for a quick lunch, I frequently place large orders on behalf of my company, and they are incredible about providing perfect orders of delicious food every time. 10 out of 10, would definitely recommend.

• 3/16/24A shell of their former selves. $17 for 2 tacos, a stale and bland bag of chips, and a small thing of rice. The tacos were less impressive than two tacos at Taco Bell. Small, very little toppings, and meh. They haven't been the same since they moved out of Royal Oak. Used to be my goto spot for nachos and tacos, but no more. I bid you farewell Detroit overpriced and underwhelming Taco Co.

The queso and guacamole were the only things decent
So sad and disappointing we decided to stay in and order tacos for my 66 birthday dinner what a disappointment!!
Will never go here again waa expensive Taco Bell lol

• 11/5/25I wanted to get 3 tacos and a medium side of queso, to eat with the chips that come with the tacos. The only option was for a full size order of chips and queso, for another $7-8 or paying a small amount for what I assumed was a side of queso with my tacos. I've done this before, and was disappointed by how small the side was (like a regular solo cup) but I love their queso, so I added what I assumed would be the small side, since the medium size, which is about $3 on their normal menu, wasnt available with DoorDash. But instead of getting a side, they put it ON the tacos and they were pretty mushy.

• 11/25/24I wish I could give it 0 stars. Food was absolutely atrocious in quality. We ordered their smash wrap and it was bland. Their fried cod tacos were worse. Not only bland, but toppings were skimpy. Your cod is actually two nickel sized nuggets. Would recommend other options for Mexican food. This place is a joke.
