• 5/5/23Got the Menno pizza and it is a unique, flavourful combination that was a real treat! The highlight and anchor of Hildegard's pizzas has got to be the excellent house-made crust. As a bakery, they do this SO very well. It's soft and doughy but holds up with a nice crunch to the wood-fired exterior. My only wish is that the San Pellegrino would have been refrigerated and not room temp, but honestly a 5 star pizza!

• 1/25/26Everything was fresh and absolutely delicious! The ham sandwich was excellent, packed with flavorful layers and unique ingredients. The pizza portion is perfect for sharing with two people can easily enjoy two slices each and still have leftovers for the next day. The bread is made daily and will even slice the bread loaf for you on request.
I really love that they follow special instructions so carefully. Whether you ask to remove an ingredient or add something extra, they always get it right, which truly means a lot. Thank you for going above and beyond!

Bread
We mill our own whole-grain flour from grain sourced direct from farmers. All grains and flours are organically grown. We let things ferment for a long time and sneak whole ancient grains in wherever we can. Ask us about the right bread for you!
