• 2/23/24koi is our go-to for Hibachi and definitely sushi in the toms river area. The Hibachi Salmon Lunch is so good! salmon tender, not dry and the hubby usually does double fried rice with no extra charge. The Hibachi Combination Lunch I got the salmon (always yummy) with the steak medium rare, the cook on the steak was spot on. As for the Double Roll Lunch the sushi is always fresh and rolled perfectly. 10/10 all around.

• 5/23/26As always.. absolutely delicious, fresh and great portion sizes... the Hibachi Combination Lunch was amazing and the Koi's Style Homemade Fried Dumpling so fresh and Coconut Shrimp absolutely perfect!

• 10/8/25Amazing outstanding sushi, i highly recommend this place. The sushi was very flavorful, fresh, and good portions. One thing I could say I got more than I should when I ordered as the picture shown looks like it a few, but it was definitely worth the money.

• 2/11/26My favorite for sashimi and sushi. It's always fresh and expertly prepared. Wish I could order it every day! Their hibachi combo meals are also excellent. The hibachi steak is luscious.

• 7/4/24This was my first time ordering sushi from Koi and the Spicy Tuna Roll was fab! The Kimchi Lover was delish! The Hibachi Side Fried Rice was a great size and had great flavor. We weren't impressed with the Spicy Tuna Tartar it was a very odd consistency and didnt have a good flavor. The runny egg on top was a turn off. But would definitely order from Koi again chosing a different appetizer!
