Chicken & Ginger Dumplings and Szechuan Pork Dumplings are the best dumplings I've found in Philly. "Dip Sum" Doughnuts were also phenomenal, but the three dipping sauces with them could've been better and couldve been bigger portions.

The dry aged beef was as delicious as if we were eating in the restaurant. The wasabi mashed potatoes are our favorite comfort dish. We weren't as excited about the lobster fried rice so I keep trying to doctor it up to bring out the flavors more. The best thing about takeout from Buddakan is that we have fabulous leftovers in our refridge.

Buddakan Style Sashimi was a big disappointment. It looked nothing like the photo. There wasn't a lot of sashimi and what was there was bland. Plus it wasn't very fresh. Mandarin Mandarin togo Was very flavorful. An interesting melange of flavors.

My food was tasteless and simply not good
Lobster rolls were full of cabbage and maybe 2 small pieces of lobster. My rice has alot of chopped lobster but it tastes smoky and needs seasoning. Barely ate any of it.

Service was excellent have eaten in before and loved this, but food tonight was too salty (calamari Crispy Calamari Salad) and Tuna Pizza was super smoky. I dont like that flavor and it wasn't listed. For people who love smoky flavors you might like it.
