• 11/30/25This place has the best rice and beans in Tallahassee hands down. I am from Texas, so I'm really picky about my Mexican food. This place is great as long as you don't order anything with cheese. So the fajitas are good, the rice and beans are good. Any Mexican food with cheese in Tallahassee won't be great, just a word of warning. But I loved this! The rice was soft, the beans had the right flavor and texture. I recommend El Jalisco Monroe!

• 11/22/24The best Mexican Food in my book! I'm so happy they still serve Chili Relleno, sadly this dish is slowly disappearing from most Mexican restaurants, but HOORAY, El Jalisco still serves it and prepares it best!

• 5/24/22Their chimichanga platter is always my go-to but any of their food I've tried is 🔥 fire. I order to-go often because of Covid but they always prepare the food so it doesn't get soggy, like if they'd poured the cheese all over the burrito (they provide separate containers for each so you can add or dip the half-chimi [cut in two for our convenience]) . The garnish is also boxed separate so this doesn't run or get mucky like some places do and is always on point 👌. my personal fav is their salsa. I can drink this alone how good it is. They've given me Two cups as though they know how much I love it.

• 12/12/23The Veggie King was super filling with a nice variety. The Burrito Verde was huge and the steak had a nice flavor the Tres Tacos (3) were also pretty good. Overall every was good and a quick delivery.
