This is some of the best food in the city! Falafel is always made fresh and the Shawarma is magnificent

I have had food from Sultans since they opened. It's always been takeout. I used to say they had the best falafel in the city but that all their food was great. Tonight, was the absolute worst. The Falafel (9) didn't just shrink but were hard as rocks. The Garlic Potatoes couldn't be eaten because my mouth was on fire. I can eat curry without sweating. The Mixed Veggie included the potatoes with limp cauliflower and eggplant alike. Some of this is their new containers but other than the Grape Leaves (6) nothing could be salvaged.

I love this place but lately its been downhill the potatoes are half raw when I order or old and they give the tiniest sprinkle of tabbouleh thats it's more of a garnish. This is based off more than just one order it'sbeen a few

Everything was really good. The beef in the shawarma wrap was tender and perfectly seasoned. The baklava was so good I will need to order more to enjoy with morning coffee.

Chicken Shawarma Plate from the downtown location is simply incredible and literally mouthwatering....this was delivered to me and was somehow not very good... surprisingly not the same as when I have fresh at the shop....maybe they tried to send the stale meat cos we can't exchange it from doordash... Definitely recommend visiting their downtown locations though...they're seriously amazing!
