Sushi Hachi is one of my favorite spots in DC. The fish is super fresh, the rolls are creative without being too over-the-top, and the prices are very reasonable for the quality.

• 8/19/25The udon portion was not large but tasted good. I loved the texture of the vegetable tempura, which was perfectly cooked and not too greasy. The sushi was also fresh enough.

• 8/14/22Ordered from here before and I don't remember the sushi being as bad this time around or I wasn't paying attention the last time. Why would any popular sushi restaurant make sushi with  imitation crab these days? No chop sticks. For a large order, not enough soy sauce. The $5 miso soup was small, but tasty. Probably will never order from here again.

• 7/15/26Sushi was fantastic. Like really great. Miso soup tasted like it had chlorine in it, definitely don't get the Miso Soup.
