Food was perfectly prepared.  Steak was medium rare, as ordered. Hot and fresh upon delivery.  Tasty and delicious!

The food was all AMAZING!!! Perfect flavors, hot and fresh, crispy French fries!!! The new cardboard burger boxes keep the food dry and hot instead of soggy from the plastic containers!! Such a great improvement!!  The white cheddar Mac and cheese was DELICIOUS!! Wish I would have order more than one!

Received a bit of lettuce with a small amountof shredded cheese and was charged over $25 for it. Lettuce is cheap and so is shredded cheese. Called them due to missing items but would not refund or replace.

I've eaten at Chilis for 30 years, I have never left a negative review for any restaurant, and this is my 2nd time ordering from this Chilis, but the Chicken Bacon Ranch Quesadillas and Southwestern Queso tasted so bad that we threw them away.  I've had the new Southwestern Queso from a few other Chilis and appreciated it, but this Chilis is 0 for 2, and is doing something wrong, even the consistency is different.
