• 6/7/25Pulled pork, brisket, mash n gravy, Mac n cheese, bbq chicken and ribs, exc feast of flavors. Corn bread could be a bit better (too dry) but really nothing to criticize. Hard to question price in today's economy, with this level of quality.

• 7/25/26Yikes. Dino has gone way down hill. Meat wasnt even cooked / fall off the bone, Mac and cheese- what happened to the flavor!? A tiny piece of cornbread for $40?! Flavors arent the same for sure. Im sad becausewe really loved them.

• 2/4/26We're amazing macaroni and cheese mashed potatoes and gravy the collar greens and felt better than a home cooked meal. It was 100% authentic barbecue the way I've never experienced before and felt like the Fourth of July in the middle of winter. Thank you dinosaur Bar-B-Que. The brisket was so delicious. Oh my goodness the chicken was perfect and tasted wonderful the ribs.

• 12/29/25Almost makes me consider being more local so I could order more often. The brisket was worth the additional $2, and I stuffed some of the pulled pork into the cornbread with some coleslaw on top. Love love loved! Deviled eggs were FULL! Not skimped on at all, and I loved the crunch of the green tomatoes. 👌🏻

• 2/8/24The food here is pretty decent compared to what else is around Syracuse. The two 2 Meat Combo is always great.surprisingly the bbq chicken is sooo good. Just the right amount of sauce. The chicken was perfectly cooked. Everything has a little bit of spice, so if youre sensitive to that, id avoid. However if you like a little heat to your food this is excellent. Even the mashed potatoes and gravy has a mild heat. The Simmered Greens W/Smk Turkey (GF) Side are very vinegary but i like that. The star of the show is the mac and cheese. It's creamy, seasoned, mild spice. I also like the option for a roll instead of cornbread. Always consistently good.
