The chicken was obviously old and overcooked, could barely bite through it. The Onion Rings were also overcooked. I was very disappointed overall. This location is definitely not up to par with the Roy Rogers quality I'm accustomed to.

The 3 pieces of dark meat I got were little drum sticks. No thighs. Very disappointing. The mashed potatoes and gravy were terrible. Better places elsewhere.

The hamburger was poorly wrapped, had no condiments and was missing the fixings cup. Just a plain burger- no ketchup no pickles. :(

This location just continues to get worse. besides waiting 70 minutes and two door dash drivers being sent, once we did get our food we were missing several items like 2 Kids Cheeseburger, and order of Hushpuppies , and the mashed Mashed Potatoes side was half full and no gravy. I like RR but this location continues to disappoint and will hopefully turn it around.

Food was barely warm,onion rings were cold & hard. Didn't get all of the sauces I requested and my Cod platter was missing and not in the bag with the other food items.
