Usually the kothu at Thanjai is excellent but this time when I ordered there was hardly any lamb to be found in the Lamb Kothu & Thanjai Salna / Kothu à l’Agneau & Thanjai Salna  that I ordered.

Sometimes they can be inconsistent but this time, both the Chicken 65 biryani and the Lamb Kothi were top-notch.
