Very disappointed with my order. I ordered the Original Turkey Breast sandwich through DoorDash, and it was terrible. Most of the add-ons were missing. The turkey tasted old and was not good quality, and the cucumbers looked spoiled and should never have been served. Overall, the sandwich was poorly made and not worth the cost. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I will not be ordering from Potbelly again.

The chicken salad sandwich was not good. The chicken to me seemed very chewy and I thought that the chicken salad would be cold and it was warm. First time having this sandwich from here and didn't expect that. I will not order that again.

the smallest salad i've ever received. the sandwich was delicious and i've loved your shop for years but i was very disappointed in the portions. i really should've taken a picture. i regret i didnt.

When I received my sandwich there were only 2 pieces of meat. I asked for onion and tomato which were not included either! Temperature of the food was awful and the bread was stale. Very disappointed.

this is one of the best door dash orders- it's as fresh as if I bought it at Potbelly's!
