• 7/20/26I don't normally leave reviews, but today's order deserved a glowing one!! I wish I knew the name of the barista who made my Mocha today so I could give them a huge shoutout, but let me just say I absolutely love when people match your energy!! I wanted a coffee with "strawberry shortcake vibes," and I was happily greeted with this absolutely fun drink!! This made me so happy. I love when people go the extra mile to make your day better. Bonus points because it tasted just as good as it looks!!! This is another reason why Pourfavor is one of my favorite places. Keep up the great work and thanks for making my day :) you're the best

• 1/1/26I'm disappointed in this place. This was my first time ordering from here. The Cuban Bagel tasted good, but the size was a joke. It looked like a kids meal. I ordered 2 so I can have breakfast for tomorrow, but I ended up eating them both today. Imagine half of a bagel, 1 egg, and 2 slices of bacon. The bread was not grilled. The chips were all in pieces as if it was the bottom of the bag. So, they really don't care about the quality! The Rican Sandwich tasted good, but portion size was small and chips were crumbs.

• 10/19/25We ordered several items, including the Seasonal Flight , Bacon Egg and Cheese Croissant, the Scone,the Cuban Bagel, and the Gigant Cinnamon Roll.
The store cancelled the croissant without any contact, leaving my son w/o food, rather than contacting to say there was an issue/swapping it.The Seasonal Seasonal Flight that is currently listed on facebook as being served hot was made all cold, delivered unlabeled because any attempt to label was done with dry erase or washable marker and was dripping off, and it was delivered with no whip or toppings (nothing like what was shown on fb where you are referred for details). The Cinnamon Roll was ginormous and much larger than expected, but unfortunately very dry. The Cuban Bagel ajd the Scone Scone however were EXCELLENT, and the flavor of the coffee was decent, but I had no idea what we were drinking and we missed out on the fun of the flight experience.

• 1/4/24My Latte is NEVER made wrong! Today I decided to treat myself to the Ricotta and Spinach Croissant and it was perfectly crispy and tasted so delicious! My TBR Panini is my all time favorite though and a must get!

• 5/9/25Absolute horrible!! The burrito was so thin and so dry it was inedible. The coffee was so super sweet and I couldnt even taste the coffee. Will never order here again. Pastry was ok.
