I LOVE Jose's....never been disappointed...delicious food prepared fast. Slightly limited menu, but I would much rather go to a place that does a little less extremely well, than a place that does a lot with so-so food....

Joses'...you, too? They seem to do the opposite of what you want. Ordered Al Pastor taco platter without lettuce or tomatoes. Please add lettuce and cilantro. Yep, got a triple order of lettuce and tomatoes and no onions or cilantro. The pork was totally dried out without the slightest taste of pineapples or mango. No pineapple/mango salsa either. Asked for light on the sauce for Pork tamale . Yep, swimming in sauce. Why do they still want you to put in requests if they don't even look at it? Fresh Guacamole for $4.50 used to be a pint deli container, now it's the size of a little salsa. Total rip off. Why do restaurants in Sequim start out just like the in person restaurant, then go downhill? Joses' went the way of everyone else. May as well order from salt encrusted Taco Bell.

The pintos in the Chicke Burriton were perfect. The texture of the chicken was good. The flavor was entirely absent. Be prepared to add your own. There is zero resemblance to the menu's picture. No melted cheese, no lettuce or sour cream. Nada. It was voluminous enough (quite filling). The basic ingredients were high quality and cooked to perfection. The flavor ... bland.

I normally enjoy my food from Jose's. Then the next time I dont. Same thing this time. Not great. The Carne Asada was not grilled like it is supposed to be. The meat was extra thin and not seasoned, and looked to be boiled. It was more of a grey color, very flimsy with no taste at all. The chips were stale and all stuck together in clumps. Very disappointed.

Buffalo wings are fantastic! Best item on the menu and served with side sauce and how I ask every time. Really appreciate that customer service is above and beyond!
