Gyudon is good plain but good for 18$ it's a lot of rice, but rice is life, I get it. broccoli is steamed I just don't like broccoli. Not sure what the yellow disk are but those are great!

This is the ramen we've been searching for... the wife and I went to the Ramen Museum in Yokohama, Japan over a decade ago... since then we've been searching for ramen in the U.S./Wisconsin that compares. There was one place in Charlotte, NC that was good but FINALLY we found it at Mitaka. I had the spicy Tantanmen, the wife had the Tonkotsu, we ordered the extra pork belly for both, do yourself a favor and do the same, thank me later. The pork belly buns were the best we've had since Japan as well. 10/10 would recommend. We will be back!

ramen good but pricey. the salad for 11 is a side salad with unripe mango. don't waste your time or money.

I can honestly say this is the best restaurant ramen I've had outside of NYC. Absolutely outstanding, the quality of the pork and noodles and broth were amazing, I'm so so impressed I

The tantanmen is just unbeatable, so much flavor and so delicious, little pricey but worth it every time!
