• 3/22/25My mom is from New Orleans and I have a lot of family there so I was raised with the real deal and I can tell you his gumbo is very good. Étouffée is awesome. That’s really all I get because it’s so good is the closest to the real deal in Dallas check it out.

• 2/11/26I visited for the first time yesterday and I want to go back today. Food was fresh and tasted amazing. Everything was full of flavor. I ordered the seafood gumbo, chicken gumbo, and an order of the beignets - delicious! Great customer service. The owners were very personable and friendly. It felt very welcoming. It was a GREAT first experience here! Thank you!

• 4/22/25Literally the worst. There is nothing Cajun about this food. The beef sausage are hot dog sausages and the red beans and rice was beans chicken and sausage. Never even received the hush puppies I ordered.

I wouold suggest cooking seafood and fish separately as I have seafood allergy and daughter has fish allergy.
