The food was really good, especially the Fried Chicken Dinner (2pc.). It would be great if they would follow instructions for the sides and what I wanted left off the Cheeseburger though.

The Gravy was tasteless the grits lacked seasoning and the containers they use cause everything to jumble together grits in eggsgravy in grits and they don't even fill upthe container that holds gits or gravy

sausage was over cooked tasted like been sitting a while the burger when prepared was not hot enough to melt the cheese but they didn't even put it in the microwave to attempt to. the only thing consistent about jacks is bad quality

I ordered a Ham Biscuit and the biscuits are horrible. They are greasy, not fluffy at all, and fall into a million pieces if you try to open them to put condiments on them. When sitting beside a Big Breakfast Sandwich, the biscuit including the ham inside was the thickness of ONE of the pieces of Texas toast. It was also wrapped in an incredibly greasy wrapper. I also ordered the Big Breakfast Sandwich, which is advertised with "crispy bacon". The bacon wasn't even done, much less crispy. I had to microwave the bacon for a full minute just to get it done enough to eat because I don't eat raw bacon! I also had disappointing hash browns and fed most of them to my dog. This entire breakfast was disappointing and, honestly, it was pretty gross. I will not be eating breakfast at Jacks again and I wouldn't advise anyone else to. I really wish I had taken pictures but I forgot to.

why have you stopped serving Sausage Gravy and started serving water Gravy it taste just like the Gravy in a Jimmy Deans Breakfast bowl aka gross but hey at least you actually got the order correct today
