Order took more than 30 minutes longer than original ETA and arrived stone cold. Pies were very undercooked. Soda was watered down. Issues were with restaurant prep time, not delivery time.

The Double Cheeseburger Meal tasted the same as usual, so good for an upset stomach, but the Premium Hot Chocolate was kind of tasteless.

Everything was available! The cold was separate from the hot!! Thank you!! The cookies were oh soooo good and hot and chewy! Obiously they were the first to go for our late night sweet tooth attack!

My French Fries are hard as a rock. And I paid 7$ for a large Caramel Frappé didn't get it I call them and there ice cream machine is down so instead of letting me know they just send nothing.

The French Fries here are hardly ever properly cooked, either being soggy or underdone. Their buns are consistently stale, like snap in half stale.
