Food is always great even when room temperature, which, unfortunately, I mostly receive my food. This isn't a bad thing necessarily because the quality of ingredients is out of this world.

The sadest 12 dollar "large salad" I've ever gotten. Looks like they just took the small salad and put it in the larger bowl. Super disappointing. Especially for it being my favorite salad on the menu.

Cheese pizza was disgusting, dry and burnt. The kids refused to eat it. Total waste of time. We've had Mod many times before in other towns. This site was very disappointing.

it was a small pizza no toppings for $15 and the crust wasn't thick and it was really dry.

There were barely any toppings on this pizza. It was dry with hardly any cheese and some of the toppings I ordered were left off. Ive gotten this in store before and it was much better. Wonder if it's because the customer usbg the one picking up that things are scaled back.
