I ordered a 16oz latte and they gave me 12oz in a 16oz cup. Seriously disappointed considering this coffee cost $8.

Tasted like water. Not sure how long this was sitting but by the amount of ice that was left, I'm guessing awhile. Super disappointed, as I go to copper door a lot and usually love their coffee. Also with the fees and tip I could have bought three coffees, so this was a complete waste of money.
